“Seller”, “We”, or “Us” refer to 7 Star Limited. "Purchaser" or “You” refers to the person, firm, or company that place the order with the seller. “Goods” refers to articles, things, or items specified in the order. “Order” refers to the order placed by the purchaser for the supply of the goods.
ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
Orders are placed by telephone, fax, or email.
There is no minimum order.
Deliveries will be subject to varying minimum values depending on the area. Where orders are below the minimum value, a delivery charge will apply depending on the order and delivery address.
If the purchaser is unable to accept the delivery on the first attempt due to the agreed payment method not being ready, or any other reason, a minimum of £50.00 refused delivery will be charged.
All goods are to be unloaded at the purchaser’s premises within 15 minutes of arrival, otherwise the extra cost will be charged.
All deliveries are one-man deliveries, so the purchaser shall provide at least one person to assist the driver in offloading the goods.
All the descriptions, specifications, colours, drawings, and particulars of weight, dimensions, and materials found in the price list and brochures are approximate only. The seller reserves the right to alter the design without prior notice to the purchaser.
The seller does not guarantee the availability of the exact quantity of any goods supplied so the purchaser shall accept and pay in full the order price for all the goods actually delivered, notwithstanding minor discrepancies between the quantities ordered and the quantities delivered. The seller may at their absolute discretion dispatch and invoice part orders.
Please ensure all items are checked thoroughly on delivery. The purchaser must take full responsibility for checking all the deliveries before unloading them. Goods risk will move to the purchaser as soon as the goods are unloaded.
The purchaser shall sign all the delivery notes after checking all the goods.
The seller does not accept goods for return from the purchaser unless prior consent and a return note from the sales office are received before the delivery.
Goods that show any signs of assembly cannot be returned. Goods that are returned incomplete, including missing fittings, screws, knobs, etc., or goods showing evidence or sign of damage after the delivery, excluding manufacturing fault, will not be collected or credited.
Drivers shall only collect items that have not been assembled, in their original packaging, and upon the receipt of an authorised return note from the sales office.
