"The seller" means 7 Star Limited , we or us.

    "The purchaser means the person, firm, you or company which place the order with the seller.-The goods" means the article, things or items described in the order. "The order means the order placed by the purchaser for the supply of the goods.


    • a) Orders can be placed by; Telephone, Fax, or E-mail.
    • b) There is no minimum order for collections.
    • c) Deliveries will be subject to varying minimum values depending on areas. Where orders are below minimum value there will be a delivery charge depending on order and delivery address.
    • d) If purchaser is unable to accept the delivery on the first attempt due to agreed method of payment is not ready or any other reason, there will be a minimum £50 .00 refused delivery charge.
    • e) All goods to be unloaded at purchaser's premises within 15min of arrival otherwise purchaser will be liable for extra cost. f) All deliveries are one man deliveries, so the purchaser must provide at least one person in assisting driver offload the goods.

    All descriptions, specifications, colours, drawings and particulars of weights, dimensions and materials pricelist and brochures are approximate only. The seller reserves the right to alter design without prior notice to purchaser.


    The seller does not guarantee the exact quantity of any goods supplied so the purchaser shall accept and pay in full at the order price for all goods actually delivered not withstanding minor discrepencies between the quantities ordered and the quantities delivered . The seller may at its absolute discretion dispatch and invoice part orders.


    • a) Please ensure you check all items thoroughly on delivery. The purchaser must take full responsibility for checking and unloading of all deliveries as goods risk will move to purchaser as soon as goods will be unloaded.
    • b) All delivery notes must be signed by purchaser after checking all the delivery goods.
    • c) Goods are not accepted by the seller for return from the purchaser without the prior consent and return note from the sales office prior to delivery.
    • d) Goods that show any sign of assembly cannot be returned. Items that are returned incomplete including missing fittings, screws, knobs, etc or goods showing evidence or sign of being damage after the delivery other than a manufacturing fault will not be collected or credited.
    • e) Drivers will only collect items which have not been assembled,, in their original packing and on receipt of an authorised return note from the sales office.
    • f) Goods that have to be exchanged or returned must be retained in exactly the same condition as they were sold. These goods must show no evidence of assembly and must be in their original packaging.
